I mperial wants you to be entirely satisfied with our products and services.  This is why we guarantee your satisfaction with the best warranty in the range hood industry*:

• Warranty extends seven (7) years from date of original purchase

• Warranty includes in-home service

• Warranty covers all parts of the hoods with the exception of filters and light bulbs

• Warranty covers one hundred (100%) percent  parts & labor for manufacturing defect, workmanship and materials

• Range Hoods purchased prior to January 2011 have a five (5) year warranty from date of original purchase

If the workmanship or materials are not up to Imperial’s high standards we will make the repair in your home for up to 7 years from the date of purchase. To make an appointment for a warranty repair, call (800) 851-4192.

 

*Models not covered by the 7-year warranty:

Recycling Cabinet –Warranty is one year from date of original purchase - Parts only.

 

*Circumstances not covered by the warranty

Not covered under warranty is any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, faulty handling or improper installation. For example, the following are not covered:

• Improper Installation.

• Service to repair or replace bulbs, filters, residential plumbing, venting, fuses and wiring

• Damage due to installation outside the single-family household environment

• Improper installations which may include failure to comply with electrical or plumbing codes, unauthorized modifications of the range hood, failure to follow installation instructions.

• Damage due to misuse, fire, flood, or acts of God

• Parts or labor for units outside the United States.

• Pickup or delivery of the unit, since warranty covers in-home service.
